Folio 21: Sir Richard Bickerton, HMS Ramillies, Torbay. In response to the letter John Hagan, who fits the description given, entered the ship in January from the Dundee Indiaman. He does not know if he has distributed inflamatory handbills but he was active in the recent mutiny and will cause mischief. His conduct will be observed.
