Folios 202-204: Robert Barlow, HMS Phoebe, Plymouth Sound. Receipt of Protection and request to discharge from HMS Phoebe John Tarleton, John Backhouse and John Prested. Because of an apparent irregularity in the certificates granted at Liverpool to Hugh Roberts and Robert Tuder he pressed them. In the Protection Joseph Lee is stated to be an apprentice but was pressed because the Master of the Apollo could not produce his indentures.
