Folio 190: S. Barker [Scory Barker], HMS Tribune, Torbay. He left Cowes on [10 September 1797]. He sent HMS Success ahead to get the vessels out of Plymouth. He was obliged to anchor in Torbay and assumes HMS Success has anchored at Plymouth. He has sent orders to Captain Wilikinson to be ready to join him as soon as possible.
