Folio 186: S. Barker [Scory Barker], HMS Tribune, Spithead. Reports 3 Petty Officers who are absent without leave on shore and have insulted the Officers who asked if they intended to return. Their behaviour renders them unfit for promotion. Names them as Richard Everitt, Master's Mate, formerly of HMS Mutine, Henry Hawkins, Midshipman, formerly of HMS Glory and George Clebburn, Midshipman, formerly of HMS Defiance. He discharged Henry Hay from HMS Tribune by pay lists into HMS Vesuvius but he has never joined the bomb or any other vessel.
