Folios 204-205: [Honourable] Courtenay Boyle, HMS Kangaroo, Cuxhaven. Reports sailing from the Nore in HMS Kangaroo on 2 January 1796 by order of Vice Admiral Buckner [Charles Buckner] to gather intelligence on the Dutch Fleet. [Draft of Cap B411 - Folios 202-203].
Folios 205-206: enclosure in folios 204-205. Orders dated 16 January 1796 by Richard Lane, HMS Astraea to Robert Courtenay Boyle, HMS Kangaroo. Orders to proceed to Texel and remain until further orders or the Dutch fleet leave. Mentions HMS Aurora and HMS Vestal. States he has a convoy of 80 Transports.
