Description

Folios 190-191: R R Bowyer [Richard Runwa Bowyer], HMS Cameleon, Spithead. Advises that on his passage from the Nore to Spithead the Carpenter Mr Whittle, died. Requests the appointment of Richard Halley, Carpenter's Mate as his replacement.
