Folio 279: Albemarle Bertie, Bath. Is sending a report from Dr C H Parry and Mr Kitson, Apothecary, on his health, and asks for an extension of his leave to recover, as he is currently incapable of performing his duty.
Folio 280: enclosure in folio 279. Letter dated 2 January 1796 by Doctor C H Parry and John Kitson, Apothecary, Bath. They have examined Captain Albermarle Bertie and he is suffering from gout and needs further rest in order to recover.
