Description

Folio 265: George Cranfield Berkeley, Parliament Street, [London]. Acknowledges the orders that HMS Formidable be held in readiness for sea. The ship is ready at any time, but he is unable to take command as he has been ill with fever and gout, asks that the ship be allowed to sail without him.
