Folio 247: Richard Henry Alexander Bennett, HMS Eurydice, Dublin Bay. Reports his arrival with HMS Spy, winds delayed his departure from Belfast until 16 March 1796. He will now proceed to the Downs. Encloses [no longer present] statements of the condition of his ship and HMS Spy as well as an account of the supernumeraries aboard HMS Eurydice.
