Folio 246: Richard Henry Alexander Bennett, HMS Eurydice, Belfast Lough. Reports his arrival as ordered in letter of 19 February 1796, and has ordered the Commander of HMS Hazard to proceed to Cork and place himself under the orders of Vice Admiral Kingsmill [Robert Brice Kingsmill] and taken the Commander of HMS Hazard under his own orders. Encloses [no longer present] a statement of the condition of his ship.
