Folios 244-246: George Bowen, HMS Canada, Cove, Canada. Reports the conduct of 2 East Indiamen, the Brickwood, Master John Firgie, and the Diana, Master John Thompson, who accepted orders to convoy to Santo Domingo but did not comply, sets out the details of the voyage with a sailing plan.
Folio 246-247: enclosure in folios 244-246. Letter dated 2 December 1795 by George Bowen, HMS Canada, Cove, Cork. Has received messages and given orders for sailing for Barbados.
