Folios 234-235: George Bowen, HMS Canada, Cove, Cork. Encloses a letter from Captain John Williamson of HMS Grampus with a copy of the survey and report and has given him to understand that this is the last survey allowed, complains that only 2 Lieutenants are insufficient Transport Agents to deal with the needs of near 14,000 men
Folio 236: enclosure in folios 234-235. Admiraly Note dated 23 November 1795. Captain John Williamson of HMS Grampus to be told of the determinations arrived at.
Folios 237-238: enclosure in folios 234-235: Survey of HMS Grampus dated 16 November 1795. Letter dated 15 November 1795 from Captain John Williamson of HMS Grampus to Captain George Bowen, HMS Canada, Cove, Cork. Encloses a survey of HMS Grampus and states that the ship appears to be unseaworthy.
