Folio 359: Jahleel Brenton, Regulating Officer, Greenock. He has received a letter from Lieutenant Neil Stevenson, Commander of HMS Polly and another from Doctor David Colquhoun, Agent for the sick, about Lieutenant Stevenson's complaint and asks for a replacement. He has asked his Officers to search for Daniel Livingston. There is no such place as Abron locally but there is a place called Hullbourn near Irvine.
Folio 360: enclosure in folio 359. Letter dated 28 March 1794 from David Colquhoun, Surgeon and Agent for the sick, Greenock. Lieutenant Neil Stevenson, Commander of HMS Polly, has broken his Achillies tendon, cannot walk.
Folio 361: enclosure with folio 359. Letter dated 27 March 1794 from Lieutenant Neill Stevenson, Greenock. He has broken the tendon at the back of his leg and without care his leg would become useless. He has entered sick quarters for attention but hopes to be able to return to his duties in a few weeks.
