Folio 353: Jahleel Brenton, Regulating Officer, Greenock. He is sending his and his Officers' accounts. Lieutenant John Greig has arrived and has taken over the charge of Lieutenant Patrick Carnegie. The Rendezvous boats are employed in turns on the River Clyde as West India vessels are expected soon. He asks for a small armed vessel as there are no HM ships in the Clyde and he may be able to procure Men at the entrance to the Clyde.
