Folio 338: Lambert Brabazon, Dublin. He has received His Majesty's proclamation. Lieutenant Odlum is unable to serve onboard HMS Love due to ill health. He has ordered Lieutenant James Higginson to command her for the time being, and asks for confirmation orders to be sent to Belfast whither she is bound by order of Admiral Kingsmill.
