Folio 261: William Bradley, HMS Comet, Sheerness. He has no Boatswain, Carpenter or Cook and asks that they be appointed to speed the fitting of the ship. Suggests William Stuart as Carpenter who has been recommended by the Master Builder. Also requests that the full establishment may be sent as he only has 55 men.
