Folio 258: Lambert Brabazon, Dublin. Refers to the arrest of the Favourite Nanny tender for unpaid wages to the crew. By the directions of the Attorney General, bail has been given for trial and the ship released and care will be taken that nothing of this kind happens again. Affadavits were issued against him but the Lord Mayor refused taking them on the adice of the Recorder, who is of the same opinion as the Attorney General"that the Admiralty Court might as well seize any of His Majesty's ships for the payment of wages as the tenders".
Folio 259: enclosure with folio 258. An account dated 8 August 1793 by Lambert Brabazon, Dublin, of 2190 men raised in Dublin for the fleet.
