Will ask Duke of Devonshire to send Justice of the Peace to Hathersage [Derbyshire], to take affidavits from witnesses who saw arms concealed in Duke of Norfolk's house at Worksop [Nottinghamshire]. Affidavits will be sent to Newcastle or Deputy Lieutenant of Nottinghamshire. Transports preparing to bring back British troops from Flanders. Dated at Whitehall [London, Middlesex].
