Arms seized from the Charming Molly sold at Marazion [Cornwall], pending Newcastle's consent. Mr Langford, 'enemy' of government, bought blunderbusses. Mr Heames, local agent, bought bayonets and muskets for 'a friend'. Pistols sold to James of Falmouth [Cornwall]. Wants to distribute arms to volunteers to defend coast. Captain Rogers has a commission. Stables at Kenneggy [Cornwall] damaged in recent storm. Dated at?Penzance [Cornwall].
