Folios 304-305: William Fothergill, HMS Ulysses, Spithead.
Following directions from the Admiralty to Sir Richard Bickerton, Fothergill has been ordered to continue the service of a deserter from HMS Triumph who is on board HMS Ulysses. He ask if the man is to remain on the supernumerary list or to be born on the ship's complement.
