Folios 302-303: Robert Worgan George Festing, HMS Rhin on the north coast of Spain.
Refers to a letter dated 23 May 1812 and received on HMS Hotspur and states that the two men in question volunteered to do duty as mariners aboard HMS Psyche after the surrender of Java and have been considered as soldiers. They do not yet belong to the Royal Marine Corps although it is their wish to belong to that corps.
