Folios 253-254: Robert Worgan George Festing, HMS Psyche in the basin of Ferrol.
Acknowledges orders of 15 and 16 May 1812. One concerning treasure and the other directing the pay books to be made out to the day when the ship was put out of commission. He reports that the treasure of about £200 was removed to HMS Surveillante to be sent home. He states that HMS Psyche will be ready for sale by 17 June 1812 and the desription in the advertisement has been authorised by Captain Charles Malcolm of HMS Rhin. The guns are being taken off, the master is to be left with the ship and the crew will be sent to HMS Rhin and HMS Iris as ordered by Captain Home Riggs Popham.
