Folios 251-252: Robert Worgan George Festing, HMS Psyche in the basin of Ferrol.
Reports that Thomas Redfearn, acting gunner, was suspended from duty at Bombay in December 1811. A court martial was to be held for neglect in having been absent from the magazine when an accident scorched four men to death with powder. Because Redfearn was previously of good conduct and assisted during the passage home he asks that the suspension be lifted.
