Ask for certificates to be issued so that Fleming might receive his pay. First for HMS Nemesis between 9 March and 19 March 1794, also HMS Courageux between 16 April 1794 and 25 January 1795 and for HMS Tartar between 26 January 1795 and 24 July 1797.
