Folios 124-125: William Charles Fahie, HMS Abercrombie, Spithead.
Reports that on joining the ship the Reverend Thomas Pedley stated that he would resign from the post of chaplain and had asked to be superceded. Fahie has written to the Archdeacon to ask for a fit person to succeed Pedley.
