Folios 220-221: Stephen Folvil, Carricknagore, Donegal. Requests for directions to be issued to the Navy Board to settle expenses of £230 accrued during his 5 years 9 months as Commander of the Sea Fencibles on the Island of Rutland, Donegal. Explains that he made the island is chief place of residence during that time and hired a boat and crew to procure the necessities of life, to attend the Post Office and trips to the mainland and back.
