Folios 530-533: Matthew Flinders, London. Having as Commander and Purser of HMS Investigator supplied the Surgeon with a quantity of Wine and Sugar for the use of the Surgeon between 1 August 1802 and 31 May 1803 as will appear by the receipt logged in the Victualling Office. He requests you will be pleased to give direction for him being allowed the same.
Folio 532: enclosure with folios 530-533. [Proforma] Document to be sent to the Paper Office when any Paper is sent away in original:- Date 20 November 1810, From - Captain Matthew Flinders Commander and Purser of HMS Investigator, Subject - Request that he may be allowed in his accounts for Wine & Sugar supplied to the Surgeon for the use of the sick, Date - 21 November 1810, Nature - Refer to Victualling Board.
