Folios 477-478: [Admiralty note] Captain Flinders to have a Commission as Part Captain dated 9 September 1810 if he is acquitted [unclear?] the Cap of his Ship by the Court Martial. [Additional note] He was not taken in a Kings Ship but in a vessel named the Cumberland hired to bring him home - The officers & Ships Company of the investigation were tried for the loss of her.
