Folios 214-215: Alexander Fraser, Holylands Hotel, Strand. Reply to letter from Mr Barrows letter dated 28 May 1810. States that if the publication he alluded to had been anonymous - he should have taken no notice of it but being a letter signed by a person in so conspicuous a public situation as Mr Haniforth, tt was the opinion of hhis friends as well as his own, that he could not avoid taking some public notice of it. He shall abstain from the intended appeal and with the approbation their Lordships were pleased to express of his public conduct in their letter of 28 December 1807.
