Folios 202-204: William Fisher, HMS Racehorse, Portsmouth. HMS Racehorse being ordered to fit for foreign service. Requests sixty barrels in addition to those we have. This will not only allow him to carry more water and save time in getting water from local points. Because of problems in a voyage in 1809, he requests a small still fitted to the lid of the large boiler be supplied [for desalination?].
