Folios 200-202: William Fisher, HMS Racehorse, Portsmouth. John Palmer, Carpenter of HMS Racehorse has served upwards of four years. The ship is ordered to fit for foreign service and he is still labouring under the effects of a disease which attacked many of his people on the Mozambique Coast. Requests he be discharged into a ship in ordinary for his health.
