[Admiralty note?] I have read and laid before the Admiralty your letter of [?] enclosing a copy of one which you had judged proper to write to Mr Stanefoth[?], and I am commanded by [name crossed out] to refer you to my letter of [date not stated] by which you will find their Lordships approved of your conduct & they see no reason why after such approval you should take notice of any letters that may have appeared in a newspaper. [Mention of Mr Yorke].
