Folios 189-190: Thomas Forrest, HMS Cyane, Spithead. Reply to letter dated 23 May 1810 requesting to know what is become of Mr Mackay, late Gunner of HMS Cyane. Reports that it appears by the books he departed this life on 25 November 1808 at Malta, and the person appointed to act in his lieu deserted at Gibraltar on 3 April 1810.
