Folios 135-137: Samuel Fowell, No 3 Cliffords Inn. Covering letter for the enclosed [not included] certificate from Captain William Walpole of HMS Pilot of his having signed all books and papers to enable him to pass his accounts and that he has no objection to the payment of wages to him for HMS Pilot between 19 May 1808 and 12 August 1808. Requests an order be granted for his accounts for HMS Pilot to be dispensed with and that he may be paid for the time he commanded her.
