Folios 254-255: Alexander Fraser, Edinburgh. Responds to a letter addressed by mistake to Captain Percy Fraser advising that Captain Russel is to draw bills and pay the Fencibles at Dundee. He hopes that his health will improve sufficiently to return to his duty. He had been anxious to fulfill his orders and ignored the Physician's advice at Musselburgh and tried to join the district before he had fully recovered.
