Folios 196-197: Robert Forbes, HMS Racehorse, Spithead. Acknowledges the letter appointing him to command HMS Coquette, he will come to the Admiralty to collect his commission. Lieutenant Hector MacLean has asked that, although he was appointed to the Racehorse, that this appointment be cancelled and he be appointed to the Coquette instead.
