Folios 190-191: Robert Forbes, HMS Racehorse, Guernsey. Acknowledges the letter informing him of the appointment of Lieutenant Robert Snell and asking for the Lieutenant's address and the reason for the vacancy. He is not aware of the Lieutenant's address, but his request came about because Lieutenants George [Decoeurdoux ?], Robert Holgate and [Goward ?] have been appointed but have never joined the ship.
