Folios 154-155: Charles Elphinstone Fleeming, HMS Bulwark, Spithead. Acknowledges the request to state which Lieutenants have already joined the ship. So far Lieutenants Robert John Hibbs, William Lugg, James Rattray and William Rawlins have joined. Lieutenant Gardiner Henry Guion is indisposed and Lieutenant Robert Cleark Berriffe is now in HMS Revenge. Asks for Lieutenant John Boss, now in HMS Crocodile at Portsmouth, to be appointed to complete the Bulwark's officers. Commander George Bettesworth has given his consent.
