Folios 146-147: Charles Elphinstone Fleeming, HMS Bulwark, Portsmouth Harbour. Asks for his ship to be supplied with four 24-pounder guns in place of the six 12-pounders currently fitted, to remedy the problem he has already reported. The weight of the four larger guns is less than the six smaller ones now carried.
