Folios 144-145: Charles Elphinstone Fleeming, HMS Bulwark, Portsmouth Harbour. Reports that when he left HMS Revenge four men, William Gow, William Hester, Joseph Williams and William Marshall, were discharged from that ship into HMS Edgar at his request. Joseph Williams has since been invalided from the service. Has now discovered that by mistake Williams' name was inserted in his request to have the men join him, in place of William Marshall. Asks if Marshall can now be discharged from the Edgar into the Bulwark.
