Folios 140-141: Charles Elphinstone Fleeming, Portsmouth. As he understands that part of the crew of HMS Uranie will be discharged into HMS Bulwark, asks whether he should now join the Bulwark. At the time of his commission, he was told he would be given notice when to join, but he has now been in Portsmouth for six weeks awaiting such an order.
