Folios 125-126: William FitzRoy, HMS Aolus [Eolus], Portsmouth Harbour. Acknowledges the letter of 24 June, but it had no enclosure relating to the attendance of George Simmonds of the Aolus at a trial in London. Reports that Simmonds was sent to Haslar Hospital on 19 June, and the Surgeon reports that he cannot be moved at present.
