As Lieutenant William Napier has applied to be superceded, asks that Lieutenant Henry Maingy [Maingay] of HMS Primrose be appointed to the post. Lieutenant Maingy is on shore at the port, and the Racehorse will remain until he receives the Admiralty's instructions.
