Folios 105-106: William Fisher, HMS Racehorse, Spithead. Refers to the request which has been sent to the Board of Admiralty separately requesting the discharge of Lieutenant Duncan McKenzie from HMS Racehorse, hopes the Admiralty can grant it and suggests that either Lieutenant Henry Dickson Parker of HMS Nassau or Lieutenant James Green of HMS Trompeuse be appointed to fill the vacancy.
