Folios 99-100: William Fisher, HMS Racehorse, Spithead. Reports his arrival, encloses a copy of his orders from Vice Admiral James Saumarez, commander in chief at Guernsey.
Folio 101: enclosed with folios 99-100. Copy of orders dated 25 October 1807 from Vice Admiral James Saumarez, HMS Boreas, Guernsey Roads, to Commander William Fisher, HMS Racehorse. He is ordered to take a convoy to Spithead, complete his stores, and then proceed to a position off Cherbourg and place himself under the orders of Captain Thomas Manby of HMS Thalia.
