Asks if Lieutenant Henry Dickson Parker of HMS Nassau can be appointed First Lieutenant of the Racehorse to replace the late Lieutenant Arthur Hyde Nason, whose death he has already reported. Captain Robert Campbell of the Nassau is aware of the request.
