Folios 632-633: John Fyffe, HMS Reindeer, Port Royal, Jamaica. He encloses a copy of an acting order from Vice Admiral Dacres appointing John Godlip as acting Boatswain of HMS Reindeer. John Godlip previously served on HMS Magicienne.
Folio 634: enclosed with folios 632-633. Appointment dated 9 May 1806 by James Richard Dacres, Vice Admiral of the White, Commander in Chief Jamaica and the Bahamas. Order to John Godlip, HMS Magicienne, to become the acting Boatswain on HMS Reindeer.
