Folios 609-610: Percy Fraser, Sea Fencibles, Liverpool. He encloses a certificate from Lieutenant George Roach who he ordered to Greenock, but has said that he is not capable of undertaking the journey. As a result he has ordered Lieutenant Watson to take his place.
Folios 611-612: enclosed with 609-610. Letter dated 18 October 1806 by George Roach, Lieutenant, Sea Fencibles, Liverpool. He supplies a certificate indicating why he cannot undertake the journey to Greenock.
