Description

Folios 593-594: Percy Fraser, Sea Fencibles, Liverpool. He encloses statements from his Lieutenants regarding their fitness to serve afloat.

Folio 595: enclosed with folios 593-594. Letter dated 5 June 1806 by James Watson, Lieutenant, Sea Fencibles, Liverpool. He says that his state of health prevents him from serving at sea.

Folio 596: enclosed with folios 593-594. Letter dated 5 June 1806 by Kenneth McKenzie, Lieutenant, Sea Fencibles, Liverpool. He says that his state of health prevents him from serving at sea and that he was invalided out of HMS Cerebus in 1802.

Folio 597: enclosed with folios 593-594. Letter dated 5 June 1806 by George Roach, Lieutenant, Sea Fencibles, Liverpool. He says that he has already informed Mr. Tucker that his health prevents him serving at sea.

Folio 598: enclosed with folios 593-594. Percy Fraser, Sea Fencibles, Liverpool. A return of the men in the Sea Fencibles under his command.

Folio 599: enclosed with folios 593-594. Letter dated 5 June 1806 by George Timins, Sea Fencibles, Liverpool. He says that his general debility makes it impossible for him to serve at sea.
