Folios 581-582: Percy Fraser, Sea Fencibles, Liverpool. He encloses a letter from the Naval Surgeon certifying that Lieutenant Seward has recovered and is fit for service.
Folios 583-584: enclosed with folios 581-582. Letter dated 21 February 2806 by Robert Lindsay, Naval Surgeon. He believes that Lieutenant Seward has now recovered his health.
